1 General Terms & Conditions

Mcgames (bundles mcgames.win) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to abide by them.

3 Deposits and Payments

The following rules apply when depositing funds on mcgames:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 10 (ten taka).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, a delay of up to 30 minutes may occur.
• Depositing via a third-party bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Mcgames does not charge any additional deposit fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcgames follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering. Additional verification may be required for any transactions deemed suspicious.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• You must complete the identity verification process before making your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met.

Mcgames reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if unusual activity or suspicious transactions are detected on an account. In such cases, additional documents or information may be required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Mcgames regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general rules are:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new registered members once only.
• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wager of 20x to 40x the bonus amount is required (may vary by offer).
• Time Limit: Each bonus must be used within its specified time limit. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

6 Betting Rules

• In live betting, if your internet connection is lost, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit — is prohibited.

Mcgames reserves the right to change odds or decline to accept any bet. If unusual betting patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended during investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcgames:

• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Harassing or misconduct towards other members.
• Spreading false information about mcgames or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Mcgames reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Once the account is closed, all bonus and promotional credits will be forfeited.
